The primary objective of this project was to create a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that would serve as a foundation for all of Duke Homes’ marketing and communications. These guidelines were designed to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while reinforcing the company’s modern, efficient, trust worthy and community-focused image.
The guidelines outlined practical applications for the brand, such as how to use the logo, colour palette, and typography in different contexts (e.g. Print Marketing Materials, Website, Signage, Digital). Special attention was given to creating a seamless experience for the target audience, ensuring that all touchpoints aligned with the brand’s identity.
The newly developed brand guidelines have empowered Duke Homes to communicate consistently and confidently across all platforms. The guidelines not only provide a unified visual language but also define the company’s core messages, helping them connect with their target audience in a meaningful way.
We refined the company’s logo to ensure it was timeless yet modern, conveying professionalism while remaining approachable. We also developed a cohesive colour palette and typography that aligned with the company’s values, creating a versatile and contemporary visual identity – Referencing Duke Homes’ commitment to quality, community, and sustainability.
